(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Erie, PA.– Printing and mailing specs for county, municipal, school and special levy tax bills.– Produce a hard copy of tax bill on perforated paper with a bar code in the size and color approved by the county.– 80,409 tax bills.– Duplicate books – 11,002 pages for duplicate books.– County and municipality billings total parcels: 81,500– School district billings total parcels: 81,500(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
