(1) Vendor needs to provide cornerstone learning migration services.• Ensure zero data loss and strict data integrity during the migration of historical training records and course files.• Establish seamless and secure user access through Azure AD Single Sign–On connection.• Implement cornerstone learning management utilizing industry and system best practices for course architecture, user governance, and reporting.• Empower system administrators with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage the cornerstone galaxy and cornerstone learning management platforms independently post–deployment.• Data Profiling: conduct a discovery review of existing learning records to identify data quality issues, field mappings, and transformation rules before any migration begins.• Transformation & Cleansing: provide data transformation scripts and cleansing templates. • Three migration cycles: development cycle for initial validation; Pilot cycle for user acceptance testing; Production cycle for final go–live load.
