(1) Vendor needs to provide food services advisory to the government authority located in Baldwinsville, NY.• Review current menu, recipes and grant initiatives.• Assist in the development of 15–20 new scratch cooked recipes, that are culturally relevant for our diverse student population, including plant forward recipes.• Assess and train food service staff on how to implement a meal production operation at the central kitchen to support scratch cooking.• Ensure meals transport and have high quality presentation at receiving sites. Train Food Service staff on how to assemble meals at receiving sites.• Enhance current menu options with scratch cooking techniques.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
