CLEANING-12827 - USA (Appomattox, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Appomattox, VA.– Three days per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Five days per week, Monday through Friday.– Services shall be provided between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Cleaning hours shall not exceed 4:00 P.M.– Special/Emergency cleaning services shall be provided on an as–needed, as–ordered basis for all locations.– The Contractor shall ensure that all dust and debris is removed and not scattered. – The Contractor is not permitted to use feather dusters. – The Contractor shall not dust/clean computer terminals, microfiche viewers, or other similar screens.– Ensure that after mopping or vacuuming, no floor, either carpeted or non–carpeted, shall show dirt, dust, or debris behind or under furniture, pipes, benches, worktables, doors, corners, or any other object which is not installed or securely fastened in place.(2) The contract period will be for one year.– Small Business Set–Aside for Award Priority.
