(1) Vendor needs to provide incident management and investigation training services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Provide training and consultation services to staff, facility staff, and community service staff onmaintaining a process for identifying, classifying, and responding to patient and consumer–related incidents, which will ensure a high degree of quality of care, specifically, the provision of services in a safe and caring environment.– Certified incident investigator training– Mortality review, death investigations, and root cause analysis training– Advanced investigations and evaluating the quality of investigations training– Consultative services to refine and strengthen the department’s incident management processes(2) The contract period will be for two years.
