Doors with Electronic Open/Close Devices, Repair/Replace, Continuing Service

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified vendors to provide work related to the repair, replacement, and service of doors with electronically operated open/close devices. The intent of the County is to award contracts to multiple vendors to ensure the County can effectively and efficiently meet project needs and best serve the citizens of Leon County. Work assignments will be made at the sole discretion of the County based on factors including, but not limited to, vendor availability, responsiveness, capacity, project schedule, and the vendor’s ability to meet the County’s requirements. All technicians performing work outlined in this solicitation must hold current the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) Certification at time of bid opening.
