(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance consultant services to the government authority located in New Smyrna Beach, FL.– Review the City's allocation of insurance assets and assist with the development and administration for liability and related insurance coverages.– Develop an insurance premium allocation on an annual basis.– Review the city's allocation of insurance assets, premiums, and coverage needs.– Review, analyze, and evaluate current and proposed insurance plans, and assist with selection of a firm to provide insurance coverages.– Provide information, analysis and guidance on any and all aspects of program policy and administration to contracted parties (i.e., stop–loss, carrier, networks, TPA, providers and employer).– Review all plan documents and proposed amendments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate laws and regulations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
