(1) Vendor needs to provide qualitative interviews, substance use recovery and treatment services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.– Provide support services to people with substance use disorder (SUD) and accept referrals from peer navigators employed by Ideal Option and One Day at a Time (ODAT) under the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) grant.– Provide support services for clients referred by Ideal Option and ODAT peer navigators and conduct qualitative interviews with these clients to better understand barriers and to facilitate SUD treatment and recovery.– Treatment accessibility, including barriers/ facilitators to treatment; – Housing, employment, and family support;– Support post–incarceration;– Overdose prevention;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
