CONS-23391 - USA (Colorado) - Multi-Building Decarbonization Planning and Schematic Design Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–building decarbonization planning and schematic design services to the government authority located in CO.– Provide implementation project, construction authorization, permit design, final engineering, bid package, or procurement authorization. Phase 1 – building–level feasibility analysis:– Options screening, high–level costs, impacts, life–cycle cost, operational constraints, and feasible or hold or do–not–proceed recommendation for each building.– Review available facility condition assessments, reports, studies, building information spreadsheets, utility data, capital plans, and relevant maintenance documentation.– Summarize each building's current HVAC, domestic hot water, electrical, controls, and relevant envelope or operational conditions.– Identify existing deferred–maintenance or capital–renewal drivers that could affect decarbonization timing or economics.– Identify information gaps that must be resolved before schematic costing or future design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–submittal conference will be held on August 26, 2026.
