(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated co–occurring substance misuse and mental health treatment services to the government authority located in Carmel, NY. – Create a system of care that is welcoming and effective in addressing the– Complex needs of all people in county, with a mission to create a no wrong door practice for accessing services.– All proposals must strive to ensure that all services available to residents are– Person–centered, recovery oriented, trauma–informed, and culturally responsive.– Treatment proposals may include supportive funding for existing treatment or case management Programs. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
