– Vendor needs to provide marketing and digital marketing service. – Social Media Management:• Content planning: a monthly content calendar per brand.• Content creation: posts, stories, announcements and campaigns, including copy, design and basicvideo; photography and video shoots at Sand River Resort and the dealerships to be scoped separately.• Scheduling and publishing across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn for the accounts.– Website management:• Ongoing content updates across the six websites: news, services, team pages, promotions, images and announcements.• Monitoring of site functionality, uptime and user experience; basic SEO hygiene.– Brand strategy and identity:• Custodianship of the existing and brand strategy documents.• Ensuring all marketing materials follow brand standards.
