(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Plano, TX. – Window cleaning contractor must scrub and wipe dry every glass and window on an annual basis.– During maintenance operations, all areas shall be kept neat and clean.– Floors and carpets are dirty and have visible wear and pitting.– Floors are swept clean but are dull.– Carpet Cleaning shall be done annually.– Spot Cleaning of Carpets(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
