General work description: Washington County is requesting sealed bids for Washington Street Conference Center Tenant Improvements for the Facilities Division. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: The Work of the Contract comprises improvements to an existing 7,100SF portion of the first floor of the Hillsboro Parking Garage in Hillsboro, Oregon. Work includes selective demolition, modifications to two existing training rooms and the main hallway, and construction of a new recessed aluminum storefront entry, office, break area, gender neutral restroom, and locker rooms with showers for yes by Washington County Employees. Each locker room includes 32 half height lockers and 5 full height lockers. New (DIRTT). Their local vendor (GRIT) will be the exclusive subcontractor performing an e-ray scan of the existing post-tensioned structure to electrical, mechanical, plumbing; modifications to existing fire suppression and fire alarm systems; and required material and labor for the finished construction as indicated on the Drawings, and as specified in this Project Manual for the Washington County Training Center Tenant Improvement.
