(1) Vendor needs to provide veterinary services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Routine and emergency services should include the following:– Full canine yearly examination.– All canine shots.– Surgery.– Hospitalizations.– All medications needed as a result of a medical condition or surgical procedure.– All laboratory work.– Routine services do NOT include the following:– Medication for the prevention of heartworms such as heart Gard.– Medication for the prevention of flea and tick infestation such as frontline.– Shampoo and conditioner, unless needed for medical conditions.– Dog foods, prescription and non–prescription.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
