Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Waukegan, IL.– All restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned, including all walls, floors, toilets, and other fixtures. – An ammonia disinfectant is to be utilized in cleaning all rest room fixtures and floors. – A stronger acid disinfectant is to be used for bowl cleaning.– Paper towel dispensers, cloth towel dispensers, and soap dispensers are to be checked each day and filled when necessary.– Vendor must furnish and replace in a timely manner, an adequate number of consumables (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, cloth towels for drying hands, and hand soap).– Vendor must mop all floors utilizing a floor cleaning solution and rinse with clean water to avoid streaking.– This includes all floor areas under desks and tables as well as first impression areas (e.g. elevators, lobbies, hallways, rest rooms, and major office areas).– All loose staples are to be removed from the carpet prior to vacuuming, as needed. carpet must be spot cleaned when needed.– Correctly sized plastic liners must be placed in all wastebaskets.– Vendor must remove wastepaper and other waste items from the facility each day and place waste in the trash receptacles.
