(1) Vendor needs to provide revaluation services for all residential real property to the government authority located in Simsbury, CT.– Project includes the complete reappraisal and revaluation of all residential, taxable and exempt realProperty.– Project will include one new digitized street level photograph of each dwelling in addition to retaining the prior image and input of these new photographs into the equality Cama system.– Contractor shall furnish all the software, hardware, databases, labor, materials, vehicles, supplies,equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with the contract specifications attached hereto and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.– All work will be carried out and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the secretary of the office of policy and management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
