The Town of Ridgeland is requesting qualifications from qualified land planning and design firms interested in preparing a master plan for the downtown area, which is split into three (3) distinct Planning Areas, approx. 0.75 sq. miles. Firms shall submit written qualifications which demonstrate ability to provide quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Submittlals to include general firm background, documentation of experience on similar size/scale projects
