(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste scale house and data management system.• The Agency seeks a modern, fully integrated solution that will replace its existing scale softwareand improve operational efficiency, financial management, customer service, regulatory reporting, and data analytics across its solid waste operations.• The selected software will become the County's primary operational platform for managing scale transactions, customer accounts, billing, reporting, waste and recycling data, payment processing, and future operational growth.• The Agency intends to procure a scalable solution that will:3.1 Modernize scale house operations.3.2 Manage all inbound and outbound waste and recycling material flows.3.3 Improve customer account management.3.4 Provide integrated invoicing and accounting functionality.3.5 Integrate secure credit card payment processing.3.6 Support agency technology and self–service kiosks.3.7 Produce customizable operational, financial, and regulatory reports.3.8 Improve business intelligence and operational analytics.3.9 Support future facility expansion and technology integration.3.10 Reduce manual processes and duplicate data entry.• Scale House Operations• Material Management• Customer and Account Management• Financial Management• Integrated Payment Processing• Reporting and Business Intelligence• System Administration• Data Conversion(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
