Below is a draft statement of need outlining general requirements for the product.STATEMENT OF NEEDThis requirement is for the purchase of an autonomous aircraft washer which will reduce man hours and supply costs spent washing aircraft.The provided items shall meet or exceed the following requirements: Semi–autonomous mobile robotic aircraft cleaning system controlled via an ergonomic, wireless remote control. 100% Electric (Battery) Powered. The onboard battery must hold sufficient charge to continuously operate and complete at least one full wide–body aircraft cleaning cycle lasting approximately 6 hours.
