Water and Wastewater PLC Improvements and Integrator Services

NBU is seeking Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) Integrator firms to support the operation of NBU’s water and wastewater facilities and perform, furnish, install, build, configure/program, and integrate (locally) Programmable Logic Controllers (“PLCs”) services on an annual basis for the existing NBU water and wastewater facilities. The anticipated services include but are not limited to the following: assessment of the current status of the system, repair work, regular maintenance, and/or future programming. The most qualified firms must be familiar with electronics, telemetry, design and programming of water and wastewater infrastructure.
