(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted email review, redaction, and eDiscovery software. – Provide a commercially available off–the–shelf solution, hosted software solution to support the review, organization, redaction, and production of email records and other electronically stored information in connection response workflows and related legal or administrative review processes.– Solution to efficiently manage large volumes of electronic communications and related records, including email messages, attachments, and associated metadata, that improves efficiency, consistency, defensibility, and collaboration among internal stakeholders.– Assistance with setup of user accounts, permissions, and baseline workflows.– Access to vendor help desk or customer support resources.– Email datasets and exports.– Common email file formats (e.g., PST, MSG, EML), if supported.– Search, filtering, and organization.– Solution shall support review of email records in a manner that preserves context and facilitates efficient review.– Solution shall support the redaction of responsive records and related content.– Solution shall support export and production of records in a practical and defensible format.– Implementation and onboarding plan.– Proposed project schedule and milestones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
