(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction and shredding services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide document destruction and shredding services for confidential court records and other media (i.e., floppy disks, compact discs, cassette tapes, microfiche, microfilm reels, hard drives, etc.) and paper recycling services.– Provide all labor, material, equipment, permits and licenses, as applicable, for paper recycling and the destruction and shredding of confidential documents, records, and multimedia material, including hard drives, for over 38 designated locations.– Provide unlocked recycling bins to all court locations upon request.• Shredding bins and recycling bins in the following sizes shall be provided:– 64–Gallons– 96–Gallons– 175– Gallons(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
