Structural Fire Fighting Turnout Gear

The City of Tucson seeks to establish an annual requirements contract for Structural Firefighting Turnout Gear, as per specifications, to be delivered to Tucson Fire Supply, 720 E. Ajo, Tucson, Arizona, 85713. Samples/Wear Test If/When the City requests sample turnout gear from an Offeror, the Offeror will be given instructions as to the quantity and type of uniform items that must be provided. Offerors may be requested to provide multiple sample turnout gear. The City also reserves the right to request samples with some or all of the offerors at any point during the evaluation process. If requested, Offerors shall be required to fit and provide up to eight (8) City personnel with a fitted set of Turnout gear. All samples shall be as close to a representative sample of the actual item offered in the proposal. Complete evaluation should not, but may, exceed eight weeks. Samples used for evaluation tests will be returned to the offerors. The City shall not reimburse the offeror for the costs associated with the sample process.
