TRANSPORT-12350 - USA (Bartow, Florida) - Dumpster and Trash Pick Up Services - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide dumpster and trash pickup services to the government authority located in Bartow, FL.• Provide the necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform dumpster rental and trash pick–up services• Dry run charges shall not exceed actual hauling charges. – A dry run is defined as a failed pick–up attempt in which the successful bidder arrives within the thirty (30) minute window of the scheduled pick–up time, and the dumpster is empty and not ready to be picked up. (e.g., half a dumpster load should be hauled).• The Successful bidder must send a monthly schedule for all locations to the Facilities Management Representative• The successful vendor must prepare for transition that will include meeting with the Facilities Management project manager and the incumbent vendor.• All dumpsters will be ordered as needed. This bid does not bind Polk County to any specific quantity. All additions, changes, etc.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
