(1) Vendor needs to provide salary equity consultant services to select a consultant with expertise in employee compensation that can provide salary equity options supported by fact driven analysis to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.a. Utilize data including years of experience in position, which should include years of experience at the time of hire, and educational attainment. Based on this analysis make recommendations, if any, for adjustments. Identify costs associated with any recommended adjustments in salary as well as a methodology for making those adjustments.b. Develop strategies to communicate the review process and its outcomes.c. Produce a final report of the study which must be approved by the salary equity study committee. This report must include a detailed written summary of the methodology used for the analysis, including at least one example of an adjustment(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
