DRA-11081 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Job Audit and Compensation Analysis Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide job audit and compensation analysis services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.• The selected firm will evaluate the agency's current compensation program, including pay structures, salary ranges, pay grades, job classifications, job titles, and compensation practices.• The study shall include, at a minimum, a market compensation analysis, internal equity assessment, classification review, job audit, fair labor standards act compliance review, compensation structure recommendations, and an implementation cost analysis.• Based on its findings, the selected firm shall develop and recommend a compensation and classification framework that is competitive within the relevant labor market, internally equitable, legally compliant, fiscally responsible, and sustainable for long–term administration.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
