MRB-55834 - USA (Illinois) - Catering, Event Rental Supply and Event Production Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide catering, event rental supply and event production services.• Providing and coordinating all rentals, décor, entertainment, lighting (energy efficient), parking services, sound, staging, tents, and all other items requested from the client.• Coordinating with the caterer, event rental supplier, and client the set–up of the event to the greatest extent possible.• Scheduling utility walkthroughs (locates) at least 5 business days prior to event set–up with staff where applicable.• Providing all staff and equipment necessary to plan the event and oversee event operations, including set–up and tear–down.• Providing and serving all food for the event including, but not limited to, appetizers, entrees, desserts and snacks.• Coordinating the event tear–down with the event rental supplier and client to occur during the client’s rental period.• Disposing of waste and recyclables properly.• Overseeing delivery of equipment and other items being rented by the client.• Providing an on–site contact and all appropriately trained staff necessary for the event.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
