(1) Vendor needs to provide legal notices and advertising service.– Publish legal notices, and other matters required to be published, for the city.– Official newspaper published and circulated in the city for the publication of such notices (proof of the following must be submitted with quote):• Frequency of Publication (daily, weekly, etc.)• Percentage of City of Santa Monica news carried• General Circulation (online, home delivery, business delivery, news racks, etc.)• Ad Rate – Including any additional Fees (Charges for colored artwork, late fees, etc.)• Schedule/Deadlines to publish legal notices• Website (if any) – responsiveness of website to mobile devices• Percentage of recycled content of printed newspaper• Fiscal integrity(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
