(1) Vendor needs to provide dark fiber service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. – Provide lease of two strands of Single–Mode Fiber (SMF) across up to five distinct spans.– Includes four continuous spans forming a continuous regional transport ring connecting key campus locations (Spans 1–4), and an accelerated Point–to–Point span connecting DataBank PIT1 colocation facility directly to South Campus (Span 5).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
