FIRE-1981 - USA (Midland, Texas) - Fire Alarm Control Panel and System Upgrade Service - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Midland, TX.• The work shall include design, plan review, permits, materials, demolition, installation, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and closeout.• System Requirements– Provide a listed, commercially supported, addressable fi re alarm control panel with sufficient capacity, power supplies, battery backup, event logging, annunciation, and supervised communications.– Provide smoke and heat detection, manual pull stations, monitoring/control modules, and required bases and accessories at code–compliant locations.– Provide visible and audible notification devices with code–compliant candela, sound output, synchronization, and coverage, including weather–resistant units where required.– Coordinate interfaces with existing building systems where applicable, including sprinkler supervision, HVAC shutdown, door release, and other life–safety functions.– Remove superseded equipment, verify serviceability of existing circuits, install compliant new wiring and raceways where required, label circuits, and restore affected surfaces.– Maintain building operations and coordinate outages in advance; implement any AHJ–required fi re watch or interim protection. Conduct complete pretesting and acceptance testing; obtain inspection approvals and deliver as–built drawings, device inventory, programming/access credentials, operating manuals, and staff training.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
