EXTRA-74048 - USA (Peoria, Illinois) - Commercial Property Environmental Assessment Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial property environmental assessment service to the government authority located in Peoria, IL. – The reports produced from the surveys will be used to award a future remediation and demolition contract for each building.– A comprehensive asbestos survey/inspection of the entirety of the building and provide a report of any suspected asbestos containing materials.– Vendor or subcontractor shall perform testing of any found or suspected asbestos containing materials.– Access to the buildings will be provided by the city and may be supervised by city staff when necessary.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
