Vendor needs to provide tobacco health executive assistant service to the government authority located in Cortland, NY. – Serve populations most impacted by the negative outcomes of the tobacco industry.– Work must address health disparities related to tobacco use and exposure in multi–unit housing, tobacco product waste in the environment, tobacco sales and marketing in the retail environment, and/or tobacco use and exposure in outdoor spaces within agency.– Work must address health disparities related to tobacco use and exposure in multi–unit housing, tobacco product waste in the environment, tobacco sales and marketing in the retail environment, and/or tobacco use and exposure in outdoor spaces within agency.• Smoke–free multi–unit housing:– Educate the public, elected officials, community organizations, and rental property owners/managers about the problems associated with smoking and vaping in multi–unit buildings and the benefits of smoke–free multi–unit housing.  • Tobacco product waste in the environment: – Educate the public, elected officials, community organizations and institutions about the problem of environmental tobacco product waste and the benefits of environmental waste policies. • Retail environment:– Educate the public, elected officials, community organizations and institutions about the impact of the tobacco industry’s presence, and accessibility of tobacco products, in retail stores.• Tobacco–free worksite and other outdoor properties:– Educate the public, employers, elected officials, community organizations and institutions about the benefits of tobacco–free outdoor spaces.
