Lowboy Equipment Trailer

2.1 . SUMMARY: The County of Sacramento is seeking bids from vendors to provide and deliver one (1) new thirty-five (35) ton capacity, low deck, detachable gooseneck, outside frame, two (2) axle, eight (8) wheel equipment trailer with air-ride suspension and rear flip-tail, air-operated ramps. Trade-In Bid : This Request for Bids (RFB) includes a trade-in option for a used County-owned 2006 Cozad 35-Ton detachable gooseneck trailer, which is described in section IV. of the Specifications attached to this RFB. Bidders are not required to bid on the trade-in unit. All bids are welcomed. Bid responses will not be rejected for excluding a trade-in bid; however, stand-alone offers to purchase the trailer outright without a bid proposal for the sale of a new trailer will not be accepted. 2.2. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: See Section 11 of this RFB for insurance requirements. 2.3.
