RFT - Main Building Contractor for Blocks 1, 2, 3 - Cladding and Roof Flashing Replacement at Greenacres School, Tawa, Wellington

Blocks 1, 2, and 3 at Greenacres School are currently experiencing issues with water ingress as a result of cracking of the cladding and incorrectly joined roof flashing and gutters. The agreed scope of the remedial work will replace areas of brick veneer cladding with timber weatherboards. The existing windows on Block 3 will be replaced with double glazed aluminium. Additionally, the roof flashings and gutter detailing on Block 3 will be reconfigured and renewed, making good affected finishes where required.
