(1) Vendor needs to provide vertical transportation consultant service to the government authority located in Birmingham, MI.      – To secure professional engineering and technical consulting services for the comprehensive modernization, safety compliance, and long–term asset management of fourteen (14) municipal elevators located across the city's five parking garages and various municipal facilities. – Vertical Transportation Consultant will act as an independent representative to protect the city's technical and financial interests.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
