TRANSPORT-11411 - USA (Conroe, Texas) - Annual Mowing Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide annual mowing services to the government authority located in Conroe, TX.– Mowing services shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless approved otherwise by the Director or their representative(s).  – Responsible for the behaviour of their employees.– The Contractor must have a supervisor on site at all times who can communicate in the English language.– Responsible for replacement or compensation for damage to any City property as a result of their work.– Provide a valid telephone and/or cell phone number that will be answered at all times during normal working hours.– Mowing shall include all grassy areas within the park or facility.– Mow height for parks, facilities and general common areas shall be a minimum of two (2) inches and a maximum of three (3) inches unless otherwise indicated.– Mowing shall include designated public rights–of–way, ditches, etc. adjacent to each site.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
