(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise translation management system. – Provide comprehensive Translation Management System (TMS) that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to translate web content published on the county’s public portal websites.– Translation engines so that content is automatically translated into the county’s required target languages.– Solution must support built‑in AI‑powered machine translation and generative AI capabilities using embedded AI models.– Solution must support seamless Single Sign On (SSO) using Microsoft Entra ID.– Solution must include a web translation proxy that operates entirely on the server side, hosted and operated.– Robust TMS, the solution must be accessible and useable by the county’s contracted Language Service Provider (LSP) to ensure high–quality translation services, comprehensive localization workflows, and efficient management of multilingual content.– Include the associated professional services required for the implementation and configuration of the selected solution, including support for integrating with an LSP.– Turnkey, configurable solution consisting of all software, services, training, and on–going support required to fully implement and maintain the solution over a period of five or more years.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
