(1) Vendor needs to provide physician consultant services to the government authority located in Lancaster, PA.• Providing services as a consultant physician for consumers for the county office of aging.• The physician consultant will be joined by an agency worker at the location of the older adult, i.e., the consumer’s home, nursing home, hospital, etc. Upon completion of the assessment a written report will be completed.• Provide expert testimony in protective service hearings based on the physician consultant’s competency evaluation or disagreements regarding medical diagnosis, prognosis, level of care, locus of care, etc.• Offer periodic in–service training on identified medical conditions and situations.• Psychiatric evaluations (Physician and Registered Nurse), competency evaluations, completion of competency evaluation reports, medical testimony in court hearings, staff training, participation in team/consumer related meetings, or medical services rendered at the area agency or any other mutually agreed upon location apart from the physician consultant’s place of business, with a minimum billable increment of one quarter (¼) of an hour.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 10, 2026.
