(1) Vendor needs to provide support structural inspection workflows, asset–inventory management, condition rating, reporting and linear visualization contractor hosted SaaS platform.– The Vendor shall host and maintain the system, provide training, configuration, and long‑term support.• Enhance Efficiency: Streamline the inspection workflow, allowing for faster data collectionand report generation. – This will reduce the time inspectors spend on administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on fieldwork.• Improve Data Quality and Accessibility: Ensure accurate and consistent data capture throughstandardized forms and processes. – The centralized repository will make historical data easily accessible to relevant stakeholders, aiding in informed decision–making.• Increase Mobile Capabilities: Provide inspectors with a mobile–friendly application that allowsreal–time data entry, photo capture, and offline functionality. – This capability is crucial for field inspections, where internet connectivity may be limited.• Facilitate Analytical Insights: Implement advanced analytics and dashboard functionalitiesthat will empower management to monitor inspection performance, identify trends, andaddress issues proactively. – This will support continuous improvement in inspection processes.• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Incorporate compliance–checking features to facilitateadherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
