(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown parking study service to the government authority located in Arcadia, CA.  – Provided for the consultant's reference and consists of a base scope of work and an optional additional services scope.– Review existing parking conditions and inventory parking spaces and restrictions.– Survey the primary study area usage for occupancy and duration.– Analyse survey results and prepare parking study report.– The consultant shall prepare an existing conditions memorandum documenting the current parking conditions within the primary study area.– The Consultant shall conduct a parking occupancy and duration survey for all parking spaces within the study area.
