RECY-7738 - USA (William, Virginia) - Mattress and Box Spring Recycling Services - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mattress and box spring recycling services to the government authority located in William, VA.– Collection, transportation, processing, recycling, and reporting services for residential mattresses and box springs collected at a County solid waste facility.– The collection trailer/container is anticipated to be positioned on or adjacent to the County's convenience center/convenience pad in an area approved by the Solid Waste Division.– The Contractor shall furnish a 53–foot dry van trailer or comparable enclosed collection equipment capable of accommodating approximately 100–120 residential mattresses and/or box springs per load under normal loading conditions.– Provide and maintain the collection trailer/container throughout the contract period.– Ensure the trailer/container is weather–resistant, structurally sound, safe, and suitable for the collection and transportation of mattresses.– Provide a replacement or empty trailer during each scheduled or requested switch–out so that County collection operations experience minimal interruption.– Maintain all Contractor–owned equipment in safe and serviceable condition.– Clearly identify any operational requirements associated with the proposed trailer or collection system in its quotation(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
