DISPOS-9655 - USA (Kissimmee, Florida) - Surplus Instructional Material Disposal Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide surplus instructional material disposal services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.• All surplus Instructional material and books will be palletized at the individual schools.• An inventory list of surplus instructional material and books will be forwarded to the Purchasing Department, and the district staff will review the palletized inventory list to ensure that none of the current adopted books are included in the pallets ready to be removed.• District warehouse staff will be picking up the surplus instructional material and books at the schools to be stored in the warehouse.• The surplus instructional material and books from the district’s warehouse in a timely manner; the warehouse will not store more than twenty–four (24) pallets of surplus learning material and books at a time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
