(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage rebate computation and opinion services to the government authority located in Tennessee.• The consultant shall establish a program to ensure the city is following all arbitrage rebate requirements contained in the internal revenue code and related treasury regulations.• The city requires professional services for calculating the yields on its debt, amounts of rebate and amounts of spend–down penalty, and legally opining on such computations as well as any related requirements related to post issuance compliance.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document can be obtained by mail.
