Vendor needs to provide facility assessment service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Assessment Services for a sixteen–unit residential compound. Conduct an assessment to identify necessary repairs, renovations, and replacements, to include prioritization of needed work.– Assess and inspect, document and photograph the entire residential compound, including the interior and exterior of all individual units, pool, plant systems, and auxiliary structures.– Work including preparation, site visit, inspection and assessment, writing the report, and responding to any inquiries, will take forty–five calendar days.
