(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based identity platform.– Provide a secure, scalable, commercially supported identity platform, together with all software, hosted services, databases, equipment, implementation services, training, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and related professional services.– The solution shall support three principal capability areas: Investigative Identity Intelligence, Investigative Identity Verification, and Real–Time or Near–Real–Time Operational Identification. – Provided camera or sensor technology for deployment in agency facilities and authorized operational environments.– The solution shall be a commercially available, vendor managed platform that is updated, maintained and supported for the full term of the Agreement.– The solution shall treat all algorithmically generated results as investigative leads only.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
