The Tender document can be seen & downloaded from the website www.uktenders.gov.in and Tender can be submitted on or before due date along with requisite cost of tender documents/tender fee (Non-refundable) shall have to be paid by crossed demand draft in favour of MD, PTCUL, Payable at Dehradun . PART- A The entire Works under the Contract shall have to be completed in all respects within 18 months . For submission of the bid, the bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the Certifying Authorities authorized by Government of India for issuing DSC. (Bidders can see the list of licensed CA’s from the link www.cca.gov.in). Aspiring bidders who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-procurement in this Project, may obtain the same from the website: http://uktenders.gov.in .: A non-refundable fee of Rs 29,500/- (inclusive of tax) is required to be paid (to be submitted along with other documents listed in paragraph 9 below) before the bid submission deadline. The mode of payment shall be Demand Draft . If the payment is made through cashier’s check or demand draft, it shall be issued by a Scheduled/Nationalized bank, and shall be payable at Dehradun in favour of PIU- PTCUL, Project Account payable at Dehradun, from any scheduled bank. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the amount INR 75 Lakh only, specified for the contract in the table below, drawn in favor of PIU- PTCUL, Project Account payable at Dehradun, Bid security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the bidding document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the bid. Procedure for submission of bid security is described in Para 9 of bid documents. The prospective bidders are advised to obtain their user ID, Password, Company ID from website www.uktenders.gov.in for registration on the e-tender website. The bidder can freely view and download the e-tender document from the website www.uktenders.gov.in and submit the bid on or after the date as mentioned in column No. 7 of above table. The tender fee shall be as mentioned in column 5 which must reach in original hard copy in the Office of Superintending Engineer (C&P- II ), PTCUL, Vidyut Bhawan, Near ISBT crossing, Majra, Saharanpur Road, Dehradun along with original hard copy of EMD in separate envelope on or before the closing date & time of submission of bid. The scanned copy of tender FEE, EMD shall also be uploaded on e-tender website at the prescribed place. The tender document can be seen/downloaded from e- tender website www.uktenders.gov.in. The bidder has to quote their price s in ‘price bid format/BOQ in excel sheet ’ only as given on e-tender website . The price bid in PDF is strictly not to be submitted/uploaded . The ’PQR sheet’ is given in excel format. The bidder has also fill the same and upload with Part-I in pdf format on e tender website. All the tender documents will be carried out only through E-tendering mode and the bidder has to submit all his tender documents (Like Price Bid, pre-qualifying documents/Supporting Documents, scanned copy of Tender fees, EMD, etc.) in the e-tendering website www.uktenders.gov.in The bidders shall also submit the hard copy of all the pre-qualifying documents/Supporting Documents ( at least T wo set duly stamped, signed & page numbered), original hard copy of tender fees, EMD, to this office up to the closing date and time of the submission of bid. 7. It is mandatory for the bidders to submit the original tender fee in the form of DD (Non refundable), original hard copy of the EMD , (all should be in a single separate envelope) at the office of Superintending Engineer (C&P-II), PTCUL, Vidyut Bhawan, Near ISBT crossing, Majra, Saharanpur Road, Dehradun on or before closing date & time of submission of bid, failing which the bid shall be rejected as per provisions of the tender document . This office is not responsible if the tender fee, EMD, is delayed in transit or is not made available by the Postal Department / Courier at the address prescribed above. 8 E-Tenders will be received and opened on the date as mentioned above or any extension thereof.
