(1) Vendor needs to provide threat assessment program consulting services to the government authority located in New York. – For reviewing, evaluating, and sharing best practices related to implementing staff training, evaluating threats and investigating actual and threatened instances of workplace violence, and reporting workplace violence issues to comply with law. – The Consultant shall provide guidance on individual cases to the agency personnel concerning identifying risks of violence as well as the underlying and direct causes and recommending a response with interim and longer–term control measures for each case. • Threat Assessment Program Development • Threat Assessment Training • Mental Health Evaluation of Individual Employees • Investigation of Workplace Violence Complaints • Active Assailant Guidance & Employee Training • Personality Disorder Guidance & Employee Training (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2026.
