EXTRA-73235 - USA (Michigan) - General Contracting and Project Management Service - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide general contracting and project management service to the government authority located in MI.– Contractor shall provide all associated deliverables with each Task Order they are assigned. Deliverables will vary with each Task Order, but minimally shall include the following:1. Record drawings for new work.2. O&M manuals.3. Equipment training for all new equipment installed.4. Project photographs depicting conditions before, during, and after the Work.5. Tracking of weekly hours for Task Orders more than twelve (12) months in duration and over $500,000.– Task Order Documentation RequirementsA. Contractor shall prepare all required Project documentation listed below and as required by any Task Order:1. All Project meeting notes.2. All final approved Submittals & RFI responses.3. Project schedule and Schedule of Values.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026
