(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based utility billing software.– The proposed solution should include functionality for water and sewer utility billing customer service and account management premise management connections and disconnections meter readings and meter management service orders lead service account management rates billing and accounts receivables management collections including in–person cash receipts lockbox payment and online electronic payment capabilities reporting and departmental interfaces.(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
