EDUCATION-17495 - USA (Santa Ana, California) - G-611 Series EOC/Specific Training Courses Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide G–611 series EOC/specific training courses services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA. – Conduct up to a total of five deliveries of the training, approximately one training per year, by the end of the term of the contract. – A minimum of 20 students per delivery. – G611 M EOC Management section training (8–hour course)– G611 O EOC Operations section training (8–hour course)– G611 P EOC Logistics section training (8–hour course)– G611 L EOC Logistics section training (8–hour course)– G611 F EOC Finance and admin section training (8–hour course)– Course description: These courses train participants on key Emergency Operations Center (EOC) positions based on the state OES EOC section/positions.– The G611 series of Logistics, Finance, Planning and Intel, Management, and Operations will include section overview, purpose of the section, a review of the position(s), roles and responsibilities, and forms and processes.• Responsibilities of the training provider:– Laptop.– Presentation and training aids.– Professional instruction.• Prepare course flyers, register attendees, record attendance by signed roster, provide certificates of completions, and verify completion by the participants.• Prepare and present specified training courses.• Provide all required training material, handouts, course syllabus and/or written curriculum. • Provide and assign high quality instructors on a consistent basis to deliver the specified courses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
